It can be really challenging to be a woman in the industry I am back in, well it can be really challenging to a woman in any industry. There are so many experiences, choices and things to consider. I know my page here on Instagram is all glossy, and trust me I work hard on it. I’ve had to learn so much along the way. Sometimes the feedback is positive, other times its not. Sometimes I get hurt, and sometimes I don’t. The amount of growth necessary to be willing to put yourself, your creativity, your ideas out there for all the world to see and still stay grounded in your purpose and vision sometimes feels like open heart surgery. Here are 3 things that anchor me every day, whether its on an audition, working on a set, being mom, or creating content:
1- Pray. I have to pray before everything I do. If I don’t then I can’t go after it the same way.
